Spiritual Direction is a sacred space in which one person helps another understand what God is doing and saying in their life. Here are some of the beautiful outcomes for people during spiritual direction.

I would love the opportunity to walk alongside you to prayerfully support and encourage you to attend and respond to God. As a Spiritual Director, I will accompany you on your spiritual formation journey, but to be clear, the real “director” is God the Holy Spirit, who initiates and inspires your deepening relationship with the Trinity.
