Biography

Chrissy Lynn is a Certified ResQ™ trainer and coach, spiritual director, and personal formation guide for weary helpers and leaders.

As the founder of Soul Trellis and creator of the ResQ™ Framework, she helps individuals grow in Relational, Emotional, and Spiritual Intelligence through contemplative practices and intentional community. With a background in ministry, crisis response, and spiritual direction, Chrissy brings warmth, clarity, and practical wisdom to those navigating burnout, transition, or a longing for a deeper encounter with God.

Spiritual direction is offered on a sliding scale of $65–$95 per session, based on what is sustainable for you. We trust you to choose the rate that reflects your current capacity.
