About Book Study Groups
Our book studies are guided experiences that blend spiritual formation, emotional awareness, and thoughtful discussion. These aren’t just book clubs—they’re spaces of sacred reflection and shared growth. Whether you’re exploring emotional intelligence, relational healing, or contemplative practices, each group is designed to help you engage with the material in a way that transforms both heart and habit.
You’ll journey alongside others in a safe, Christ-centered environment—led by a trained facilitator who integrates the ResQ™ Framework (Relational, Emotional, and Spiritual Intelligence). Come ready to read, reflect, and be renewed.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to read the whole book before the group starts?
No. When you sign up, you’ll receive a simple reading outline to guide you through the journey week by week. You don’t need to read the entire book upfront—just come ready to engage with what you’re discovering along the way.
How do we meet?
Our book studies take place on Zoom, so you can join from anywhere. Each group meets weekly for a guided 90-minute session that includes discussion, reflection, and practical application. You’ll receive the Zoom link after registering.
Unlike a casual book discussion, these groups are rooted in contemplative spiritual formation. You’ll experience prayer practices, reflection prompts, and meaningful connection—designed to help you internalize the book’s wisdom, not just analyze it.
Is this just for people in ministry or recovery?
Not at all. While some groups are geared toward specific audiences (like leaders or those in recovery), anyone hungry for personal transformation and deeper connection with God will feel at home here.
What if I miss a session?
Life happens. We understand. While live participation is ideal for connection and practice, you’ll receive reflection materials each week so you can stay engaged even if you miss a gathering.
