Chrissy creates welcoming, Spirit-led spaces where people can encounter God in deeper, more personal ways. With two decades of ministry experience and training in spiritual formation and direction, she guides individuals and groups to greater awareness of how they relate to themselves, others, and God. Whether she’s leading a small group, retreat, or one-time experience, Chrissy’s gentle presence and thoughtful prompts help participants pause, listen, and begin to live from the inside out.

I spent years learning about God—and yet, I somehow missed experiencing Him.

Despite decades in ministry, degrees, and leadership roles, my soul often felt like it was running on fumes.

Like many who serve, I was giving from an empty well.

Eventually, I hit a wall. Not a dramatic crash, but a quiet unraveling. The kind that happens when your outer life keeps going, but your inner life is bone dry. It was in that quiet undoing that I began to rediscover God—not just as a doctrine to study, but as a Presence to be with.

Through ancient contemplative practices, I encountered a slower, more spacious kind of faith. A faith that didn’t demand more effort, but invited more honesty. More rest. More love.

Today, I guide others through that same sacred shift.

Whether you’re a ministry leader on the brink of burnout or a spiritual seeker longing for more than Sunday sermons, I help you reconnect—with yourself, with others, and with the God who’s never stopped pursuing your heart.

I believe spiritual formation isn’t just for monks or mystics. It’s for real people with busy lives, tender stories, and deep longings. And I believe transformation is possible—not by striving, but by being with the One who loves us first.

What participants are saying

The spiritual direction exercises Chrissy led us through were nothing short of transformational. I didn’t expect to encounter God so profoundly—especially in a group setting—but He was undeniably present. That intimate connection with God is something I’ll never forget, and I look forward to experiencing it again.

Chrissy Lynn, your newsletter is fabulous! I’ve sent it out to friends. I am teaching on spiritual disciplines this fall and I plan on using some of your material you provided us in The Trellis Report. Thanks!

My time in spiritual direction was a unique and peaceful time of guided reflection to help me discern and deepen my relationship with God. A time to be able to recognize how God might be working in my life and respond to it. Thank you, Chrissy Lynn!
