ABOUT US
Soul Trellis creates spaces for rest, beauty, and transformation—integrating relational, emotional, and spiritual intelligence to help you grow in wholeness and become more fully who you were created to be.
Our work is rooted in the belief that lasting formation does not happen through information alone. It unfolds as we become more deeply connected to God, more honest about what is happening within us, and more open to meaningful relationships with others.

OUR MISSION
A trellis for your soul.
A trellis does not force a plant to grow. It creates the conditions that help it become what it was created to be. Soul Trellis offers that kind of support for the inner life.
Through spiritual direction, workshops, gatherings, and community, we create pathways for deeper connection with God, others, and yourself. Our approach brings together relational, emotional, and spiritual formation so that growth can take root in every part of your life.
The story behind it all.
For much of my life, I understood faith as something that happened through learning, discipline, and effort.
Those things matter. But over time, I began to recognize that knowing what is true does not always mean we know how to live from that truth.
We may believe in God’s love and struggle to feel loved.
We may understand forgiveness and still carry pain in our bodies.
We may know the language of faith and still feel disconnected from God, ourselves, or others.
My work in trauma, addiction recovery, betrayal, spiritual formation and direction showed me that transformation must reach beneath our ideas and into our relationships, emotional lives, embodied experiences, and spiritual imaginations.
That realization became the foundation of Soul Trellis.
Soul Trellis is the kind of space I have often needed myself: one where people can bring their whole stories, encounter God without pressure, and receive support as growth unfolds slowly and honestly.
WHAT GUIDES US
Our Values
Christ-Centered
Everything we do flows from the life, love, and grace of Jesus. We seek to help people recognize and respond to God’s presence without performance or pressure.
Relational
We believe healing and growth happen in the context of safe, honest, and loving relationships. People are not problems to solve. They are persons to know and accompany.
Whole-Person Formation
We integrate relational, emotional, and spiritual intelligence through the ResQ™ framework, honoring the interconnected nature of lasting transformation.
Trauma-Responsive
We respect the ways trauma, loss, and lived experience shape the nervous system, relationships, emotions, and spiritual life. We prioritize safety, consent, choice, dignity, and compassionate presence.
Creativity & Beauty
We honor beauty and creativity as meaningful ways of encountering God. Art, imagination, nature, and contemplative practice can help us notice what words alone cannot express.
Slow Growth
We cultivate practices that help people remain rooted in God through changing seasons. We value slow, sustainable growth over urgency, striving, or spiritual performance.
