Chrissy Lynn Leahy, Founder & Executive Director of Soul Trellis

Chrissy Lynn Leahy is a certified spiritual director, discernment coach, and personal formation guide, with two decades of experience spanning ministry, higher education, and military service. She is the creator of the ResQ™ Framework.

She is also a co-CEO of BraveHearts Ministry (alongside her husband) and the founder of the Center for Human Formation.

Before founding Soul Trellis, she worked in judicial affairs and residential life at Rollins College and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and served in the U.S. Army as a paralegal specialist. That combination — student conduct and formation work in higher education, structured legal/procedural training in the military, and years of pastoral and ministry leadership — informs her approach to spiritual direction: trauma-informed, practically grounded, and unusually structured for the contemplative space.
